Our experience began in 1988, Mikhael Gorbachev was still the leader of the former Soviet Union and the Berlin wall still existed. Since May 2004, substantial funding, investment and support have been given from European organizations and banking institutions such as the EBRD (European Bank of Reconstruction and Development), the European Bank, and the World Bank. Trade Partner Europe is known by these organizations and works parallel to them monitoring closely the destination of EU funding. The purpose of such funding is to assist in economic, political and commercial growth throughout Eastern Europe and Russia. Administrations, Institutions, local organizations must all update.
